Automated Ward-Based Infusion Sorting System(Robotic Arm Type)
The Automatic Infusion Sorting Machine is designed to automate the identification, verification, and ward-based sorting of finished infusion containers in hospital pharmacies and PIVAS centers. Using smart CCD vision recognition and an integrated control system, it can accurately read label and prescription information, match each item to the correct ward, and place it into the designated sorting bin automatically. The system is compatible with multiple container formats, including soft bags, upright bottles, and BFS containers, and supports high-speed, high-accuracy operation to reduce manual workload, improve traceability, and enhance overall dispensing efficiency.
Features
01
High-speed, high-accuracy sorting with throughput up to ≥3,500 units per hour and 100% accuracy, helping outperform typical manual or conventional sorting methods
