Outpatient Pharmacy Dispensing System
The FY-1200 Outpatient Pharmacy Dispensing System is designed for fast and accurate medicine dispensing in outpatient pharmacies. It combines large-capacity medicine storage with automatic dispensing, helping pharmacies improve daily efficiency and reduce picking errors. The system can also work with optional units such as the Basket Dispenser and Buffer Unit, Automatic Refill Module, Direct Delivery Chute, and Floor Delivery Line to create a smoother dispensing process from medicine picking to basket delivery and refill support. It is suitable for more than 70% of common outpatient medicines, including boxed and bottled medicines, excluding special controlled drugs.

Designed for outpatient pharmacies, the system combines large-capacity medicine storage with fast automatic dispensing, helping improve daily efficiency and reduce dispensing errors.

AI-based motion control allows robotic picking from both sides at the same time, so medicines can be picked faster without unnecessary movement. A single robotic arm can also pick multiple boxes in one cycle to improve dispensing efficiency.

Dual-side AI vision cameras monitor the picking process in real time to make sure medicines are picked correctly. The camera system also records the dispensing process for better traceability.

The machine uses glass shelf storage without horizontal dividers. Medicine locations can be planned automatically by the system, giving high space utilization, large storage capacity, and flexible adjustment of medicine types without hardware changes.

The dispensing method can be selected according to actual workflow needs. Medicines can be sent directly to the counter through a Direct Delivery Chute, or transferred by basket through a Floor Delivery Line. The outlet direction and delivery position can also be adjusted flexibly.

With the Basket Dispenser and Buffer Unit (FL-01), the system can automatically dispense baskets, print patient and medicine information, lift baskets, and buffer them for pharmacist checking. Complete prescriptions can be sent directly to the dispensing window, while incomplete ones can be completed first and then delivered.

The dispensing system and refill system can work at the same time. With the Automatic Refill Module (BY-400), the system supports continuous, fast, batch, and multi-item refill, helping keep enough stock during operation.

The Automatic Refill Module (BY-400) is designed to be simple and automatic. Staff only need to place medicines onto the refill belt, and the built-in robotic mechanism with AI camera can complete the refill process automatically.

The refill unit supports unattended night operation, which helps reduce manual workload. At the same time, it records medicine type and production date information for better stock tracking and full-process management.

The whole system uses a modular design, so the machine length and configuration can be adjusted according to site conditions and prescription volume, making it easier to fit different outpatient pharmacy layouts.
