Integrated PIVAS Medication Preparation and Dispensing Workstation PF-264
The PF-264 is an intelligent all-in-one system designed for PIVAS centers. It integrates solvent storage and dispensing, injectable storage and dispensing, basket buffering and dispensing, and automatic solvent labeling into one platform. The system is built to support both individual dispensing and centralized dispensing workflows in IV compounding centers, helping reduce medication labeling and dispensing errors while enabling full-process supervision and traceability through digitalized management.

Fully automated workflow covering solvent dispensing, labeling, basket dispensing, and injectable dispensing, with the solvent and injectable items from the same prescription delivered into the same basket without mismatch.

Modular structure allows the front-end and rear-end sections to operate independently, and the configuration can be adjusted according to site layout and workload requirements.

Built-in secondary solvent storage, with each solvent cart holding about 110 to 500 bags. Solvent capacity can be expanded by increasing the storage section length, with up to 8 solvent carts available.

Each solvent cart works independently and is compatible with plastic bottles and soft bags up to 500 mL. Replenishing one cart does not affect the normal operation of the others, and no manual lifting is required during replenishment.

AI-based recognition automatically identifies solvent types before labeling to prevent labeling errors.

The front-end solvent storage and labeling section can be divided into two independent modules according to the number of robotic arms.

Injectable storage uses cassette-style medication boxes for fast replacement, compatible with ampoules and vials up to 20 mL, with each cassette holding about 20 to 62 units.

Multiple independent robotic modules perform parallel injectable dispensing. Their operating paths do not interfere with each other, and the system provides real-time counting plus light indication for low stock and replenishment positions to ensure fast and accurate output.

Multiple stacking modules automatically complete finished basket stacking after dispensing.
